now should there be a slow turn over to 12/12...like goin from 16/8 to 14/10 to 12/12 or can i go right to 12/12

You can do it either way but people ussually just throw it into 12/12.
I don't know about the night time plant.

You can throw her flower time anytime you want. It will work if you do 12/12 all at once or slowly like mother nature.

I 'THINK' I read Zandor say its 'best' at 10/14 for the first week then up to 12/12.

I saw that web site movie that said 14/10 produces more THC.

I dont know that he is right, but by the looks of the operation, I am no one to question him.

It's hard to tell if there is any real benefit or not but early test show it may be. That's all I can say. It is used more as a quicker way to sex the plant but if it shows the sex earlier then it flowers earlier too. Earlier flowering means more time to produce resin.

The most importing thing you should know is it takes 5-10 day's for the plant to change cycle from vegetation to flower so the nutrient requirements will not change to flower cycle nutrient on day one.

I don't think there's a right or wrong way to go down to 12/12. Some people say go straight to 12/12, but if you think about outdoor growing then the sun doesn't suddenly decide to cut it's light hours. I'd say go with your instincts :D
