haha, naw i dont loss weight on purpose so i couldent tell you...im weird i loss sum then i gain then i loss...somedays i fit in my lil sisters jeans and sum days i dont...its realli weird but if i were to try to loss weight i'de do exersice and eat non greasy things. Get a food pyrimid and choose ur meals from that. Good luck!

Eat alot, may sound stupid but the worst thing you can do is starve yourself, it makes your body think its starving and so will lower your metabolism. Eat a shit load of things like potatos and pasta, nice and filling but pretty good for you. All the little things add up, instead of using butter use margerine, instead of whole milk drink semi or fully skimmed milk.
Oh and smoking really dosn't help, those munchies are so hard to resist and fruit or a sald or something just dosn't quite compare to ice cream when they hit.

you have to burn more calories than you eat.........so try foods low in saturated fats high in fiber and protein...walk skate ride a bike or run.....also lots of water helps you to feel full and at the same time flushes out your system.........if you want to lose weight fast for like a party or wedding and it only about ten lbs you want to lose try hollywood diet......its a two day liquid diet/purification process... you can lost ten lbs in two days and the juice is delicious.....good luck :D
excercise.....buiildds your metabolism and lots of other shit....

I eat healthy during my munchies. Last night I was in the garden picking fresh tomatoes and green peppers. MMMhmmm...They were so good.

A program that has a balance of excercise and diet (eating right, not small), that you can follow through on long-term, is the best approach IMO.
Diets, like Atkins or Weight Watchers, will work, but you are very likely to fall back into old eating habits and regain weight, which can be worse than losing the weight originally.
Anyone who undertakes a serious weight-loss program should probably do so under a doctors supervision and advice.
Also being comfortable and confident in yourself as a person, independent of your appearance, can go a long way toward your weight-loss success.

I lost 75 pounds by exercising more and counting calories. I recommend counting calories, at first especially because you'll find out exactly how much you're eating. I was eating more than 3,000 calories a day which is a lot. Aim for about 1400 calories a day if you want to lose about a pound a week.
Easy ways to cut out a ton of calories. If you follow these tips, you'll feel full longer AND eat less calories.
1)stop drinking soft drinks(lots of calories and they dont even fill you up)
2) Eat more protein and limit carbs. Remember, a serving of spaghetti is like a 1/2-1 cup, not the 3-4 serving size you get at Olive Garden.
3) Eat whole grain over white bread.
4) When eating fast food, dont order the fries and the drink. If you get a combo, get a diet drink and eat only half the fries. (Which can save you 400 calories). You'll probably feel just as full
5) dont eat before you go to bed! If you do, just drink a glass of milk or a handful of nuts

Ha ha I actually considered a tapeworm before. But they don't sell them at Wal-mart and I gave up. I lost 10 pound just by cutting soda. All I drink now is carbonated water! I love it! Good luck I still have 30 pounds to go.

I lost 25 lbs. by dropping soda and meat.....no red meat at all and then fish X2 a week.
my son use to work with a cardiologist and they clean this NASTY white stuff out of veins....the doc said it all comes from red meat.
He said if you went on a veg. and fish diet for a year you could reverse 5 years worth of damage without the harmful plaque drugs...so I am giving it a try...
It has been really fun coming up with no meat dinners... :D
We had Portobello Mushroom burgers last night...yummy

Like my favorite radio personalities say, eat less, move around more. :)
Really though, like someone else already said, you should eat more often. Just eat a really small meal about 5-6 times per day. And taking a 30 minute walk 3 evenings per week. Good luck.

If you can run or jog a full mile, no longer than 10 mins, then do that once a day. Only takes 10 mins out of your day and will do wonders. Once you arent tired from doing that, run a mile and a half or two miles a day. You dont ahve to change eating habits or anything. :)

Thnx for all your tips guys, i know for sure that cdrinking only water will help a lot and so will not eating all those fating foods. What ifi just ate like white rice and dhicken breast and some fish? is that any good? i walk my dogs all the time so that should be working. but imma try to loose abouit 2-30 pounds, and to the guy saying loosing 10 pounds in 2 days thats not healthly at all, i read that u should only loose up to 1-2 pounds a week. Maybe i should jus make myself throw up? lol

theres only one secret to lose weight: u eat well, by preference vegeterian food helps a lot, and a lot of exercise man.
just start jogging a bit during the evenings or whatever and no more mcdonald or burger king

I would say adderall/ritalin just cus I have to take this shit and it made me loose 50 lbs...but now I fucking look almost anorexic, plus it spawned an eating disorder....like once you loose all that weight so fast...you dun wanna gain it back yo...so once you are off the speed/methylphenidate (however you spell it) you start counting calories like crazy and check this...I'm 6'0 and I weigh 147 lbs and I lost so much bone mass and muscle it is ridiculous. I just recently started school and people are like, "holy shit, are you the same person?" :\

honey. eat a well balanced breakfast, if you don't like running-walk, and drink plenty of water. try to make yourself drink at least four glasses of water a day. don't eat dinner/supper late and listen to music that you like. if anything it'll at least get your rump up and want to dance.
i'm trying to lose weight myself and i have my kids to help. when they want to go outside-i take them. when i'm getting the munchies, i'll make the effort to eat something healthy-like popcorn or fruit. especially late night. and i'm always dancing-even if it looks stupid. you're burning calories. and if all else fails-HAVE MORE SEX!!!!

It worked and that's all that matters to me. It has had quite the opposite affect on me, it's made my life just that much better and has given me more patients. Maybe i'm just lucky.
