HELP! Pesty bugs on indoor grow.

Hey guys, im a new grower (indoors) and recently I started noticing that on some of my grow the leaves have small bites from insects. I didn't think I would run into that problem since im indoors on a second floor. But should I expect that on all my grow and or what should I do about it? There isnt any major damage done but im scared to run into a bigger problem once my grow actually starts flowering. My plants are on their second week of flowering at 12/12. I have no windows open the room is kept A/C'ed.

Whereever soil, light and circulation are, so shall there be bugs.

Use the baby shampoo and water in a spray bottle to rid yourself of these pests naturally and also help your plants.
