yellowing leaves ? what da puk

Sourthern In. my pkants are about \4 1/2 months old my leaves are yellowing up
the stalk mainly, fan leaves some smaller leaves just starting 2 bud
I'm freakin da fuk out . Don't want'em 2 die ya know ! HELP?....ME ! :confused:
