I think DB wants to become a Cafe Member. He has to send cash since the banks are too corrupt to trust them with his money. Also, he wants to know the address to send the cash, so that he may become a Cafe Member...Thats what the situation appears to be from what I am seeing. But I am usually wrong. :)
