buddy i know wat your going through. When i first drank, im talking first time drinking igot plastered at my buddies new years partAA.. but anyway, i had 8 beers of heniken and 13 shots of gin. My hangover lasted for a good 3 days solid. But then I figured out I was just dehydrated and all i need was liquid. So my advice to you, go out and by a GIANT jug of gatorade/powerade and down that baby till theres no tommorow! get some rest and try your best to hold it in. If you do manage to do that, get some rest and u should be fine within the day.

ive had those kind of hang overs before ..they really suck ass dude.. if food and weed is not helping try a low dose of some type of pain medication like codiene or a couple percocetts .. i usually dont suggest this type of remedy but if you are still hung over 2 days later i dont see how it could hurt good luck and i hope ya'll feel better

I am also a person who cannot drink....and I have experienced that horrible hangover that makes you feel so hollow and disconnected from the world inside, just dreadful. I have found that it can take as long as 6 -7 days to completely recover from overindulging in alcohol. You are not alone, and the feeling you are having will go away.


Exercise, take a Vitamin supplement with every meal, drink lots of water, and if you are having troubles sleeping, try some valerian root.

See if you can keep down a couple saltines and drink a few glasses of water. Just chill out and watch some easy sunday television. Ugh I've got like a weed hangover, notherwords im still fucked up from last night too many vicodin and toooooo o much weeeeeedd. fuck we smoked tooo much god damn weed and i ate too much candy and we made brownies lol......just reg ones and then we ate them with forks right outta the pan. at 4 am.

gatorade had electrodes which are designed so you can rehydrate yourself during time when athletes are dehydrated. thus working like a charm when ur hungover cause ur hungover cause ur dehyrdated

Yeah, I have experienced that too once when I was in highschool. My head was crazy for like a week. Made me learn my limit. Never wanna feel that way again. :eek:
