ya a spliff is usaully half tobacco and have bud and i like spliffs too i just don't normally smoke tobacco so i hardly ever smoke a spliff

I really resent that Americans think that all europeans smoke weed with tobacco. I grew up just a stones throw from London, and I've never smoked any tobacco with my weed, and neither have any of my friends. It's a bit ethnocentric, is all i'm saying. Shit, man, tobacco will kill you; We've got higher taxes on it here, I think, than in the U.S.
