How do you make oil? I need some one to go through the process. And can CO2 be used in place of the butane?

i doubt CO2 could replace it, but it could....i think you need the liquid state that the butane goes into and then evaporates...but i could be wrong.

For gods sake use ISO your first time. Butane is VERY dangerous stuff to evaporate inside, DO IT OUTSIDE if you're using butane. When you evaporate it inside, the gas is invisable, builds up in your house, one spark, and BOOM! I had an associate who decided to try evaping butane inside. He had a fan going in his bathroom, all the windows open, then suddenly the whole lower level of his house blew out. He was caught in the middle of a flash fire. 3rd deg. burns over 30% of his body. Could have easily been killed.
So use Isopropanol alcohol(99%). It is far less dangerous and will still get the job done. I don't recommend butane unless done outside, and with someone who has done it before.
Good luck be careful Now, I have to go to work :(...so I can make money and buy grass :D
Peace

What brands of butane are acceptable? and should I look out for anything when choosing one?

Yes some have additives to prevent this use. The additives will mess you up in a bad way.
I forget the brands that are bad, sorry. Check erowid.
