Head Shop

I'm trying to find a head shop in my area and I was wondering what I should look under in the yellow pages. Of course Head Shop isn't in there. Any thoughts?

headshops = smoke shop

that's basically what a headshop should be named, * notice the store isn't called " tobbaco shop "

The only things I get under smoke shop are a few tobacco stores. I'm sure atleast one of them would be a head shop.

the pipes can be used for tobacco or weed

* never mention marijuana or weed in the store... you'll get kicked out if they do, because the shops supposedly sell " tobacco pipes"
* Never call the bowl's, "bowls"... lol
* don't call the "bongs" bongs...lol just call them tubes, and point at them. Call them water pipes actually, that's what they are

just don't mention weed...k? The DEA has cracked down on small headshops because people buy the pipes for weed purposes.

also, in my opinion the internet headshops are better... but i'd still look at a few headshops in your area.

I think most of the headshops in my area are actually listed as "Clothing and Apparel Stores" or something like that. Oh, and another helpful headshop rule: No cell phones. I guess they're afraid of people taking pictures with them

I went into one that was like a "clothing and apparel" and my friend was cracking up. It was the first time he had ever been in one and next to the pipes they had a big display of clear eyes, and then porn just about 10 feet away.

I was the manager of a headshop for a long time up here in Canada. The customer could say whatever they wanted, but WE had to be careful. If someone came in asking for a hash pipe, we'd have to say "sorry, but all our pipes are for tobacco use only." the cell phone thing i've never heard of.

look for stores that look weired like with a hippie vibe you can tell just by looking at them if they have like lava lamps or sell porn movies here we have new age gifts and purple haze

i found purple haze under like body piercings and shit so try look under that or google head shops in your area not sure if that will work
