Here they are.....closeups didnt come out work. They are about 8 weeks so far in all natural sunlight....but depending on the answers I get here I would like to move them indoors. I will post the rest of the pics on the next thread

Krispy, I think for a first grow they are quite nice.

I forget the basics of your grow....

If you want those to yeild you more than a few joints per plant though, you will need to get some real light on them and get those secondaries growing a lot more.

BUt, for a first grow....you did real real nice.

Krippy, why do you ask for Zandor, Harddons, or beebles opinion when there are other people on here that will give just as good opinion ;). I could understand if it was for help but still then most of us have knowledge on that. Your grow looks like youll average like 2-3 grams a plant lol. As harddon said, you need real light on those.

I have said this before...as this subject came up once before...

People have the right to choose whomthey wish to ask for advise from. Its a fundamental right.

And they should be able to ask whomeever they want without worrying about being called out on it.

Zandor as well posted his reply about this same issue previously and pretty much spoke as I speak.

I don;t consider it a pain in the ass to be asked personally.

People communicate in different ways and methods. I think people gravitate towards those who can communicate most effectively withthem.

That holds true in most all of life.

There are people who used to ask for my help that no longer do. It is because we were unable to communicate effectively.

That is one of the 'order of things.'

I will end this with what I have always said....

If anyone ever feels prompted, please feel free to post your own comments and suggestions and advise or thoughts to any post that list my nam as a subject header.

At the same time, don't cause people to hesitate whom they ask questions to for fear of being criticized or questioned.

Don't take anything in these forums personally....please :)

Or in some cases they're a quick study and don't need to ask as many questions as before. Of anyone. Just ask me. I now know all there is to know. Find seed. Put seed in dirt. Put light over dirt. Leave alone. Wait for pretty flowers. Cut off pretty flowers. Burn pretty flowers. Find another seed. ;)

I asked for the people that I have seen on here the most. I know that Zandor is Mr Knowledge...Hard just finished his first grow...So it was more of a people I have seen around. I know there are probably thousands of people who could put input in....they just dont. I had posted 1 previous time and got no responses and for the most part Zandor and Hard always take the time to respond. As per any forum for now I will just type.. HELP FROM ANYONE... This is my first grow....and even after reading and watching on here....its just nice to have someone with firsthand knowledge give their opinion. Last but not least I know they need more light...but they were started outside and then I became paranoid about moving them into the grow room....pests and stuff...I still may move them inside....just cant seem to make up my mind. They have really started to grow in the past 2 weeks. They didnt have the most ideal start and were slow to start but uhhh what can you do. Peace

If you're worried about pests, bugs right? Just make sure you wipe down all of your walls, floor, cieling, everything in your room, with a 1/4 bleach, 3/4 water mixture. Sanitize that room to make sure all life forms are dead in that room(except you :D)

If you are still uneasy about it, when you move your plants in there, lightly spray your plants with again a 1/4 soap, 3/4 water mixture. It can be any dish soap, but it must be bio-degradable. I know Hard-On suggests using Johnsons Baby Shampoo. Good luck.

Thanks Chowder....Im gonna put them inside next Wednesday....The mylar finally arrived today...plus some extra plant products that they threw in for free. I think it was designed more for hydro but says it can be used with soil. I will give em a try on 1 plant and see how she does.

Hummmmm I am starting to think this place in not ever going to be pest proof. Its out in a rural area in a house thats gotta be 150 years old...spiders are just in there and no amount of cleaning will let me kill all of them....hopefully they will be able to keep any other potential pests away...Time will tell. Mylar arrived friday..FINALLY and it will get put up on Wednesday and the inside grow will start. Im thinking I should use the Agrosun bulb for the rest of veggin and then use the Hortilux when I turn it into Flower....again input always appreciated...I will add more pics this week to.

ok here are whats left of my grow after 1 week of flowering. Had 3 plants turn hermie on me....saw lil balls and out they went. I did listen to Harrdon and put them far outside away from the room so I can try his Hash oil. Here they are!!! All comments welcome

Well I have 2 rolls of Mylar waiting to go up...the problem is that while I just wanted to make a quick portable set up...my partner wants to build walls and blah blah blah. So since this grow has been half outdoor and now half indoor I am just trying to get a basic feel for nutes. I know they Mylar should be up but he insisted he would get it done and you can see he didnt! But I did follow your advice and left all 3 males outside to finish up. We shall see what happens....hope your hash oil recipe isnt to HARD...lol I promise next grow will have a full range of mylar even if I have to cut the plywood myself! I know there is a ton of room for improvement but when ever your ready to give me the MASTERS advice IM ready to listen and learn. Just would be easier If I could do it in my own home....

Those are sweet main stems....they will be nice and pretty flowers and you gonna get about a good 1/8 - 1/4 per stem :)

Hey I got some branches....lol Just not on that particular plant. Those ladies have had a hard life...believe me. I have no idea what strains any of them are. They were just great seeds collected over the years....no schwag. But hey in a SOG my lil NO leaf baby would do pretty good...I wouldnt mind having 20 of her

that makes portable walls using dowel rods between 2 sheets of mylar every 2 feet from top to bottom, then he hangs them...looks nice too, this guy is real "neat in all his setups...hope this helps, although I thought I spied your mylar pony walls in your last pic...

The Mylar is still in its packaging. I actually got those emergency blankets from wallmart. I bought 5 but I only needed 2 of them. I still need to get my fluro lights up...just a busy life..... I do feel obligated to say that I am using a SON ARGO bulb.... I wanted to save the hortilux which was purchased new for my second grow. This bulb was almost new so I wanted to have some type of comparison. Although I think Im going to get a 400 watt MH with a blue hortilux...this way I can have 800 watts and that should be to bad of a start up stysem. Just wanted to get a basic feel this time around. Going to try my hand at cloning in the next few days! The Mylar Idea sounds like a good idea. My friend is a big thinker and a slow mover so I have had to do most of this on my own. Thinking I might just head to home depot and get some wood and stuff myself. Im decent with tools and he has a nail gun...HOW MUCH TROUBLE COULD I GET INTO <smirking> More updates to come :eek:

For Everyone's Info. I was surprised to find Barnes&Noble in my area had 4 titles on marijuana cultivation. Been afraid to order stuff online with credit card. So, if you got $20, can't hurt, so long as your local Barnes&Noble clerks don't know you on a first name basis - or go to the Barnes$Noble in the next burb over, to walk in with cash and see which books answer your questions the best.

New pics...there was a slight issue with lighting...it was on 16 hours instead of 12...oh well a little extra veg time shouldnt hurt...but here are the ladies lol and Harddon seeeeeeee shes starting to get some branches. But I kinda like the one thats real thin. I could probably get away with about 10 of those. Anyway I am going to try cloning. I got the rockwool cubes and the solution to soak them in and the rooting gel. Now I guess all thats left is that anti wilt spray. Well as always let me know what you all think.

My very fist hydro bucket came today. Still need to get the pen before I actually start it up but after all the looking it just seems to be the way to grow. Gonna try cloning this weekend but still cant find the anti wilt spray. Does anyone know if this is something that I HAVE TO HAVE. THey are going under 6 4ft fluros top and both sides 24 hours a day for about 10 days then under my HPS....Cross your fingers for me
