Well said, I have been so discusted with the "its not my fault" stuff for a very long time now. Ten years ago I lost 90lbs in 10 months. I found the absolute secret to success in weight loss "diet and exercise". It is just a s simple as that. The "its not my fault" crowd just does not want to take control and they are basically pissed off that they cannot sit around eating their asses off and be normal weight and healthy.

I am not saying that it is easy, in fact it can be very difficult mentally. But there is only one person that can be in control of it and it is the individual.

Regarding Dr. Phil, hate to disagree with you guys but I think the man is brilliant! I may not agree with some of his moralities, but as far as his method of implementing good communication skills and problem-solving, he is truly gifted. What he says does make sense to anyone with any amount of reasoning skills, I agree, however Dr. Phil can actually articulate that logic which most people are intellectually unable to do, and thats where the barrier of communication comes in. Watching him unravel a problem, break it down piece by piece, put it back together while discarding the unnecessary bullshit his guests drone on about that has nothing to do with the core problem, and then presenting it back to them for what it truly is, is really a phenomena to witness.
