My 11 year old nephew once told me that he thought he had nearly drowned at school. When I asked what happened he said something along the lines of "I don't know... but my teacher said that our bodies are %70 percent water, so maybe I swallowed some of it."

Hah,ur nephew is 11? Sounds more like a 6 year old.

Stupidest thing i've ever heard? Cannabis can kill you, my little sis said that to me...she said that sooner or later i'll want to do other drugs. Good thing I got that out my system at a younger age and before i started pot.

I had a buddy whose mom would say "If you sit on that cold step, you'll get hemroids"...We would sit on his front step in the shade and she would tell us that. Oh ya, and "you will get stomach worms if you eat dried noodles". My buddy still believes these "facts". I tell him just because his mommy told him doesn't mean it's true.

He's not so bright. Neither is his mom.:cool:

it must be the youth...

...this one time (at band camp) when i was about six or so, i protested to my mother that i couldn't go to school because my uterus hurt...lol, the ignorance.
