most usually do honey. it's what you must go through. hate to say it like that, but that's how it usually goes. finish it out and then you won't go through life wishing you had gotten that diploma.

I went through a lot of hell in high school; few psyche wards, couple mental hosiptals and two boot camp/rehabilitation programs. But when I finished it and looked back it was probably THE BEST time of my life. Id kill to be back in 10th grade again even if i had to do rehab again just the shit we got into and all the fun we had, it would be worth it to do it over and over :D It sucks while your in it but for me and most of the people I hang around with; it was the best time we ever had :) And Mellow has a good point, working makes school look like a breeze, work SUCKS!!! try to find something you will enjoy or something that pays very well with not so much actual work load, if you do something you dont like - your life will be shit =\ my mom doesnt like her job, neither does my dad or my step parents lol they are all miserable cuz they wasted a lot of time on these jobs that make them extremely stressed out and mean people lol

we dropout at seventeen. college is coming soon for me, i'm anxious to attend. i personally think that high school wouldn't be so bad as it was for me if there weren't so many peers...i had numerous behavioural issues in high school, which eventually led to my dropping out.
blame society!

Probably exactly the same as I've been doing...
As soon as I got out of school I started missing it. Then I suddenly thought what the fuck am I thinking, I seem to be blanking out the bad parts of school.

I can't wait until I graduate. Me and a friend plan to move to Canada to escape the very harsh marijuana laws here.

As a Canadian, I must say moving to Canada would be one of the best decisions of your life. WE are the land of the free, my friend. ppl all over the world love us, you can actually, legally have more than 1 passport, and fuckin eh' we just fuckin' rawk.
Advice: do NOT move to any of our prairie provinces: Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba. They are hardcore "republican" type people. Go to Montreal or Vancouver. Fuck Toronto, its a damn dirty city. Good luck!! Much love from Canada.

as an american id say dont run away o canada thats not wat americans do we need to stay here and fight the power if we dont then marijuana will never be legalized. i hate when i hear how people are running away to canada thats not wat americans do thats not wat made this country wat it is today. we are fighters. we need to fight the corruption and the war on pot and running away to canada isnt helping the fight.

As a Canadian, what's the general Canadian attitude towards U.S. citizens moving to Canada. Is it sort of the same feeling as a U.S. citizen would have towards a Mexican? For awhile, my folks have been saying that some day when things get real bad, they want to move to BC. They have friends up there, so it wouldn't be to bad.

dropping out of high school is the biggest regret i have, pure laziness and fucked up priorities.i had to work twice as hard to get back in college and then transfer to a 4 year school.i should have been responsible and finished.instead i blamed my problems on my mom or the state or any other EXCUSE i could find.

i never thought i would say this when i was a teenager, but going to school and studying, making the grade is what the "cool" people do.those people we see fast cars and living in tight houses are the ones that applied themselves in class.unless you are a football phenom or lucky actor, finish school.

A lot of high school is absolutely worthless. When in your adult life will you need to know how to play dodgeball skillfully, for example? I remember a lot of it was focused on making sure I knew material for a test, but that material was never used later so it was promptly forgotten when I no longer needed it for tests and needed to memorize new facts instead. College is a bit different, since I get to choose what classes I take and thus pick the most interesting ones. It is much easier to retain somewhat interesting information.
High school would have been great, with the lack of responsibilities a minor has, if it weren't for all the assholes I had for classmates.

I agree. Im still a sophmoore in highschool. I do agree that highschool is very important, but at the same time it can be a big bitch. Because all the teachers at my school dont care about learning all they giva fuk about is there pay check..........they get paid wether we pass or fail so they dont care. Anywayz the debate on wether its worth it could go on forever. The only way I dont think its worth it is if you can find a really easy job without it or perhaps you just be a drug overlord one day that makes millions a year....wich only happens to 1/50 ppl probably.

I don't know what the sentiment is from Americans about Mexicans, so I couldn't say. I mean, for me at least, as long as you're a cool person who supports the liberal side of things and is gonna come here to be a good citiezen and work and contribute, come on up!
i quite like going to college....even though in september im going to have to be in before 9 every day and i wont leave untill after 5 every day....not including the 10 hours of homework they expect me to do a week. But im doing it so that i can get a job that i want....ive got it all planned out...and it makes me happy....i finnaly have a sense of direction....
im not going to finish my education for another 6 years btw....im 20........
