im new at smoking and everytime after i do smoke i seem to get a headache. am i doing something wrong?

Too much salt gives me a headache. Maybe thats the root of this.

could be a lack of oxygen, is it a temprary feeling that feels very intense, then gradually wears off for the next 30 minutes?

could be oxygen deprovation.
