The other 3 plants I have are all dark green but this one has dark and light green stripes.

There is nothing wrong with that plant. Every seed produces something slightly different, even if the same strain. Early in there lives, they all have different characteristics that makes them unique in their own way.
And if all your plants are different strains, then there is your answer. Peace.

If it were an older plant I'd say it looked a lot like a zinc deficiency.
"Deficiencies appear as chlorosis in the inter-veinal areas of new leaves producing a banding appearance..."

I concur with Chowder....
That is a fine plant.....some of them adapt to photosynthesis at different levels....
