how do i make a homemade steamroller or SOMETHING to get me buzzin...
what i have

-a LITTLE bit of weed...like 2 bowl packs
-.5 liter bottles
-common household stuff (tape and toilet paper rolls)

Id like to make a toilet paper roll thing.,..maybe ? iono HELP
