HI, i got a problem with my Envirolite, i fit it into the E40 helder thats connected to the Reflector but when its in there it hangs down like vertically, is it meant to do that?
and if not how do i get it straight?
Cheers

I'm not sure what you're trying to describe. Can you post a photo of what YOUR setup looks like? If it looks exactly like the linked photo, then yes, it's supposed to be that way. Or do you mean your bulb hangs down perpendicular to the reflector? If that's the case, the bracket that holds the lamp base to the reflector may be bent or damaged If you can't fix it, use a length of nylon fishing line to tie it up in the proper position. The bulbs burn cool, so the line won't melt or burn.

Hi, Beeblebrox.420
Yeah that was da problem, a bracket things like not properly in the reflector and i cant fix it so what ive done is used cellertape on the metal connector to try 2 fix it, didnt work 2 well so now ive just put the reflector vertically up so the light straight now,
