The best gift is one that is meaningful to her. The only person who knows that what gift is is you. Oh, and chicks always love jewelry, but that can get pricey. If you take her out to dinner, you'd probably be able to get away with a less expensive gift. You know what she likes.

I like the Bath & Body Works gift cert idea, or a cute girly pipe (if she smokes). But you should also burn her a cd or two if you can... nearly free for you, & she'll likely treasure it. :)

Mix tapes (I guess cd's now keeping up with the ages) are always a winner. Spend LOTS of time picking out good MEANINGFUL tracks, and be creative with art on the tape/cd AND the case. Make sure it has a theme that is important to HER, and possibly your relationship. This is a birthday not a anniversary, but it depends on her. She may want it to be a day about her, or a day about your relationship or a day about overall fun, who knows. Thats where you being her b/f comes in. Anyways... mix tapes are a fun gift to make, and they really show you were thinking if you do it right.

Make sure to write her a card, and if you do a mixtape explain why you choose what songs you choose and how they fit the theme bla bla bla. Avoid making the whole tape sappy love songs, unless thats the theme. She will only use it in sappy love song situations, which means less props for you down the road. If you include a wide assortment of good songs that fit a theme, she will listen to it all the time, and if you explain how the songs fit the theme, then she will think of the theme, and you when she hears the songs. This creates strong emotional ties, and she will love you for it.

If you don't have time/energy/resources for that. Get her a stuff animal at the mall, maybe roses, and write a HUGE ass letter to make up for your generic gift. Of coarse don't mention in the letter you are making up for your generic gift.

Getting her a pipe would work as well, but if shes not a hardcore smoker it may be kind of an odd gift. I know I would dig a new piece, but I'm not sure how the casual smoker would feel about it. Especially if they were expecting something more meaningful. You may come off just as a fiend who even in your relationship can only think about bud. I would say, unless shes is a big weed head, give her something else in ADDITION to the pipe.

ok, I bet she has been telling you stuff she likes all month, so think back to the last time you where at the mall, looking at stuff online, or watching commercials.
The mix CD is a good idea and something inexpensive to put on top of the gift or to include during the day. If you can't get a whole bouquet then get a single flower and put it on the ribbon with your gift, or get her a little wrist corsage to wear.
If she wears lingerie on a regular basis then get her some, and make sure it is decent and classic looking, cheap lingerie looks tacky and feels gross on remember she is your girtlfriend not a hooker so get her something she would like, not just something really skimpy for you to ogle her naughty bits in. (it has to make her feel beautiful and sexy, not like a peice of meat, or self concious about what bits are hanging out otherwise what's the point?) If she doesn't ever wear any or talk about it at all then it probably isn't something she would want; plus at 15 it might be hard to explain to the parents why an expensive nighty is making a sudden appearrance in the laundry rotation.
If she smokes out then a bag of kind with a cutie pipe is totally appropriate. (specially if she does not have a pipe of her own, or does not buy on a regular basis) Though do not make the mistake of thinking she will smoke all of it out with you, a gift given is for her, not for "ya'll" Chicks totally hate getting self serving gifts. (like bowling balls, tickets to sports events, cheap lingerie ect.)

... wrong. My parents got in a HUGE!!!! fight over flowers. They have been married for 28 years and this is the biggest dispute I have ever seen them in. They don't hold grudges either but neither of them will let it go. Basically 2 years back my dad bought my mom a flower variety that my mom didn't like. She let him know, pretty clearly, he got pissed off and said he wasn't getting her any more presents EVER. He still hasn't. It's caused issues every gift giving season.

You're right it was more than flowers. My mom got pissed off because my dad didn't know she didn't like those flowers. My dad got pissed off because she was ungrateful, bla bla bla. It may have been a clever ruse by dad to get out of issues EVERY gift giving season. If so he is my hero. If not he is a dumbass. Either way he is a dick, but it is pretty funny.

If she is 15 i am pretty sure that she would love jewellery.It dosent have to be expensive just something from the heart that will show her how much u care.I wouldnt get her lingerie if my bf did that at 15 i would have thought he was a pervert and wanted to see me in it and i would have punched him in the face lol.If you get flowers at least get her one fake one that she can keep forever.My first bf used to do that when i was 16 and at my mums house my room is still full of artificial roses in cylinders with toys that he got me.It still makes me smile when i see them and i always think how sweet that was.I asked him for fake ones because he was always buying me real roses and they just die in a short while and have to be thrown away.Also see if she collects anything and see if you can get her something along those lines.
