Do you give the plants a foliar spray when in 12/12, or is it not recommended ?

Not once the flowers start to form I stop. You run a risk of mold setting in durning flower cycle and that's bad.

Superthrive is a root stimulator not really a good foil spray. Unless it Super Thrive Alive green label different company (I assume) and different product then the small bottle superthrive.

For foil spray I use automatic misters in 2 rooms and a fogger in the main room. I just mix up a week nutrient formula like 12-ml each G,M,B for 5 gallons of RO water. I only use it for the vegetation cycle to keep the plants moist and raise the RH to 70% and keep it there.
