i kinda want to get caught

My dad and i get along really well. i found a j on him once so i know he smokes, maybe not every day but probably once in a while. anyway, i joke around alot about weed and me smoking...so i think he knows. but i kinda wanna just be smokin in my room and let him catch me. just so i can get it out there. hopefully he would sit down next to me and take a toke or two.
i am gonna wait till i have really good grades so i can show im responsible and just kinda talk to him about it so i dont have to be so stealth anymore.
what do you guys think?????

yea just tell him you smoke i used to have the same problem with my dad cause he smoked all the damn time but when he caught me he got mad at me. but now hes pretty much cool about it. he eventually came aropund and we smoked a few times but then he got arrested for drunk driving and he had to quit smoking. he still dont care that i smoke but his girlfriend is bitch about

Dont just let him catch you my friend or you will risk a trust/suspicion problem.
If you want him to know ( great )just sit down and tell him straight out. Any parent would respect the honesty and the courage that would take and that will build trust as opposed to killing it. Even if he's not cool with the idea he will no doubt respect that you took the initiative and shared it with him. He wont be wondering if youre honest if you prove you are before the doubts set in. It could be a building block for a great open relationship instead of the steroetypical parents vs teenagers scenerio.
I respect your balls and your desire to not be sneakin around behind his back.

I told my mom that i was gonna smoke weed when i got older and she was cool with it and im only 15 now so i dont know if she would think it was okay for me to be smoking at this age.

Man don't wait fro him to catch you. Then he'll think that you're not as open with him. He'd probably definitely rather have you tell him openly then him find you sneaking around smoking and shit. Don't take the advice of letting him catch you. Just bring it up in casual conversation. Maybe don't even tell him that you do but something like you are thinking about trying it. See how it goes. If he says no I don't want you trying it then I guess keep it secret but if not then you can go from there. Maybe he'll say well if you're going to the I want you to do it with me.

this is what my sister did, even though she doesnt smoke, she told my parents about some of her friends smoking and she saw the reactions of them, they really didnt care, even when they found out her room mate smoked they said i hope she doesnt get caaught, they didnt say i hope your not doing that, i guess there cool with weed

6 people were all chilling a tmy friends house. smoking a bowl. and his mom walks right in and starts talking.. we were like uhhhh?
and she didnt care at all!
