Does anyone know of any ways to increase the sterotonin leves in the brain? My friend told me some herbs and stuff a while back that you can buy at the pharmacy but I cant remember what they were. The reason I'm asking is beacuse I've been getting into this lucid dreaming/astral projection/OOBE stuff lately and I'm hoping to eventually have an OOBE. Any help guys?

ahh, thats a good google! i think lechtin does, any way bannanas have veary high levels of a kind of lechtin that increases your serotonin. i was monkeying arround with that idea a while ago, what other plants and such are you using, i am interested in this jerney aswell! can't spell it's late and i'm SO BAKED! later

Cocaine is a dopamine re-uptake inhibitor. Prozac is a selective seratonin re-uptake inhibitor. I don't think cocaine works would give you huge levels of seratonin. Maybe i'm wrong. It probably could, but it would have more of an effect on dopamine. Then again, i dont know shit

If you want to have an OOBE try DXM, and you might have a strong one.

5-htp is a supplement that is a precursor to serotonin that will increase you serotonin levels. At wal mart it costs like 8 bucks for 45 pills.

thanks sumdude, im gonna look into that...as far as what redraindrop said about DXM, i had some pretty intese astral projection stuff hapening my last time on DXM, but no OBEE..I will probaly try to do it with a stronger dose of DXM soon, but I'd really like to learn how to do it from a sober mind, even tho it takes a lot of practice.

u havent studied astral travelling very much if u want to do coke
because drugs...even marijuana will hurt your consciousness and everytime you get high or do any drug you are making it harder for you to have a sober astral travel/oob experience ......... thats just what i gathered of the times ive looked into it

You might want to try L tryptophan. The FDA banned it (like pot, another thing that shouldn't have been banned), but you can still get it. Just do a web search. It's a little pricey though.
