Bizarre ... perhaps in light of the Marc Emery situation they felt it was a good time to take a holiday / revamp their site. Hope they come back on-line soon ... their ads continue to run on parts of the Marihemp Network for the timebeing since they already paid for the ad service through the end of August.

I may never see the seeds I ordered or my money again but living in B.F.E. in the midwest of the U.S.A. it was worth the chance ONCE...90% of the weed I see is growing in a ditch and the other 10% is so compressed that all seeds are crushed.I just wanted to grow something worth smoking.

I'm not sure what's happening - at minimum, one would expect them to refund all monies paid; perhaps they'd like to, but are unable to easily do so...

For folks affected, try this...

1. Setup an e-gold.com account, if you don't yet have one ...

https://www.e-gold.com/newacct/newaccount.asp?cid=831773

2. Request them via email to refund the amount to your e-gold account account.

* Try emailing them a few times over a few days ... they may not respond, but if all the emails go through, that's a good sign they are getting them and will follow through accordingly.

For affected folks, if any, who paid via Credit Card (outside of PayPal), charge-back is an option, if no refund, etc happens within say the next few weeks. While there may be recourse with other various payment methods, such as PayPal, Money Order, etc., the effort / exposure may not be worth the hassles.

Finally, there may be more we can do, for now, try the e-gold account and email them approach and see what that does.

Try this one if you haven't already ...

[email protected]

Setup a free e-gold account, if you haven't already - they may be leery of refunding money through any other method.

An e-gold account will allow them to easily send money in a relatively anonymous manner, if they choose to refund orders.
