Hello,

I am new to the board, a heavy user for 30+ years and am totally panicked!

I recently landed a dream job only to be told that a drug screen is a condition of employment. I went cold turkey on July 18th and have gone from zero to moderate exercise to increase my metabolism. I am drinking tons of water and taking both a multi-vitamin and an extra dose of B-12.

It appears that Q-Carbo gets decent reviews and I am wondering if people would offer an honest reaction to this product.

What else can I do? I really want this job and am an absolute wreck over the impending screen.

Thanks in advance for any advice that is provided.

Is it a DOT screening? Where they might watch ya piss?If not, use imN2pot's write up on substituing your urine for clean pee.. I just used it not 20mins ago and went off without a hitch..

Thanks...I'll check it out....it is not a DOT but I am still unsure if they will monitor.

DOT test are only monitored with cause. If you've never been caught cheating on a DOT test, you won't be monitored... and yes, I've got a CDL and deal with DOT testing on a daily basis. You'll be fine substituting. But remember, PRACTICE!
Hope that helps.

Thanks for all your detailed info in your various posts. I was wondering what you think about the recent changes to DOT drug screen laws, last August. Are you still confident in the substitution solution? From what I understand in some cases they can make you drop your pants and lift up your shirt, and then they want to see the urine leaving your body.

This post is over 3 years old. N2 hasnt posted here in 3 years.

Even so, DOT tests are still not observed unless there is cause. Substitution is still a viable solution.
