Any tricks for either not making a smell or hiding smells?

Turn on a vaccum cleaner and use that hose thing and blow your smoke into it. It will suck it down. You might be able to use that for your car too. When you're done just bring a vaccum cleaner out and use the hose to suck up all the smoke. Then spray air freshener. Or when you're done with your car just leave your windows down for a while. I used to hotbox my car all the time and just left my windows down when I was done and drove around with my windows down so it would blow all the smoke out.

If your just smoking buy a product called OZIUM, it's really good at eliminating the smell. After a hit blow the smoke out and give ozium a light spray on the smoke.

It doesn't take that much and you should be able to find it at your local Smoke Shop.

Nah man it's an odor neutralizer, doesn't say anything about weed or anything on it. You can get a little bottle for about 3 bucks and if you use it right that shit will last a whole month, I had a big bottle for about 2 months but just because I liked the smell of it and put it on a rag! lol j/k but I did use to much, it only takes a little spray.

A blunt has a strong smell, that makes your fingers smell so after you smoke a blunt wash your face and hands and put some cologne on or something.

Yeah that works fine but he said other than that. That's why I brought up the Vacuum. For the dryer sheets do this. Take a toilet paper roll and stuff it with dryer sheets. Turn a fan on and have it blowing out an open window. After you take your hits blow them through the toilet paper roll and into the back of the fan. That will blow them out the window and they smell good just in case. Also take a towell and put it at the bottom of your door so that way no smoke leaks out through that little opening. Just in case.

Yeah get hand sanitizer. It's like washing your hands but you dont need water. So you can do it when you're driving..in your room..anywhere. It will get rid of the scent, and any germs too so you'll have clean hands at the same time.

My fav. hiding place is in my stereo. Not car stereo but the one in my room. Open the casette thing and put it in there where you would put the tape. Or in your VCR, but only if you have one in your room and no one else uses it.

If you have your own printer that you don't use, put it in the printer. That's where I hid mine, never really had to hide it before, just put it out of the way so my grampa and gramma wouldn't find it.

Hey bunch'a dudes! One thing i was doing to hide was smoking in a sleeping bag....that may seem odd but it is also great for a solo hotbox!! just spray with whatever smells good and hide the sleeping bag in your closet...

ok sonny now you listen here, get some spray that clearly says on the front affective against tobacco spray, second: make a doob toob aka dryer sheet thingy, use something like a magazine for the body but about 7 inches long should do it get some duct tape and tape it up so theres only the enter and exit hole get those sheets tape one on the end and wad about 4 or 5 into balls and then there ya go have fun i also usually use incense if you do that make sure they burn when youre not toking so nothing seems up.

If you smoke in your room your bound to get caught. The drier sheet works fine but it doesnt cover the smell 100%. Its best to blow ur hits out the window with the drier sheet thing.

I went smoking in my room undetected for 7 months. then they thought i was smoking cigs cause it smelled a little funny. Later parents found some ashes and i got busted.

You aren't necessarily bound to get caught. You are, however, if you choose to use the wrong utensil. Joints, blunts, spliffs, or anything that continually burns is a no-no. Double-O stoners are better off using either a bong, pipe, one-hitter, sneak-a-toke, or anything that can be *immediately* put out after the hit is taken.

Optional: The next precaution I take is to light a single stick of incense five to ten minutes before the session. I use Nag Champa brand incense; it has a great aroma, and a decent potency. By far the best I've found. Of course, if this would raise suspicion among the enemy (YOUR PARENTS), then this step should be avoided. Many people believe that parents know what's going on if you use incense; mine, however, do not. I tend to avoid using the towel under the door because if someone was to barge in, they'd take one look at the towel and know exactly what it was for. Plus, if the following methods are done correctly, the only smell escaping your room will be that of Nag Champa.

After lighting your piece, always put your finger, a marble, or a coin over the bowl to prevent excess smoke from escaping the bowl, and to save your weed. Overlooking this is, what I imagine, what gets many people caught.

As for the spoof, ("dryer sheets thingy") I use a 20 oz Mountain Dew bottle stuffed with somewhere around thirty or forty dryer sheets. The right amount of dryer sheets is key: too little and the covering of the smell is insufficient, too many and you won't be able to blow the smoke through. Some people add an amount of cologne, or spray to the sheets for better results. In my experience, this was unecessary, but better safe than sorry. Holes were burnt in the bottom of the bottle (as recommended by an ancient mello as hello post) using the cherry (lit end) on a Camel. The smoke is blown through the mouthpiece.

Don't try to hold in the hit for too long; if you cough, your whole operation's purpose has been eliminated. I hold mine in for three to four seconds and blow it quickly through the spoof.

I have a stash of Icebreakers (mints) for when each session is over. I also keep an extra can of Axe (a lot of people use Febreeze or Ozium) close to me in case of a coughing fit, or if smoke somehow escaped the piece.

Also striking a match afterwards helps cover an smell really well.

the best spray ive used is Lysol Neutra-Air. its similar to ozium but seems to be even better. dont buy cheap ass sprays that just cover the smell, you want something like Neutra-Air which covers it AND actually gets rid of it. i use it in my room after smoking all the time and it works great.

natures miracle skunk odor remover. it doesn't cover it up it actually gets rid of it from clothes and hands and bongs/pipes/ whatever. It's used for dogs that get sprayed by skunks. also if i was smokin in the woods, i just cover myself in bugspray and that works too.

Usually I waited til they went to bed and just smoked on the porch since me and my mom smoke cigarettes out there anyway. But in the daytime when I just had to get a bowl or two in, I'd go to the closet and do a lot of these pointers.... the match, the window, the incense, the spray, the blankets, the spoof (though I just made one today) but I still go caught. Luckily my parents are realistic enough not to have made a huge deal about it (and also, I'm 20 so not much they can do) but it still made me feel bad and I don't really like lying, especially when I'm not good at it and my mom knew I was lying.

My advice would be to take lateralus's advice, he for sure sounds like he knows what he's talking about. I was careless and lazy and look what happened to me. Don't follow my path, I'm a failure. Thank god they haven't caught on to me and my friends having sessions late at night... they think we're just chillin on the porch smoking cigarettes... hahaha.

A good hiding spot: take a bunch of old books you don't care about anymore, especially if they've just been in your room for a while, and glue them all together. Then cut out the middle into a big f'in book safe. Doesn't look suspicious, and no one will think to check for it.

my mom figured it out from walking in my room finding rolled up blankets and clothes by the door. plus she'd always be like "it smells up here. like burning" and i'd always say incense but i think she caught on because i was a dumbass and only lit it when toking. that and i just got really careless and lazy about it.. it was bound to happen, plus my mom isn't stupid, it's pretty obvious if you know me really well.

OK,I'm gonna tell Ya'll a purty good method,so get yer printer warm! Let's go:
1) If you got use of a bathroom where a vent is below the window,YEA!
2) Have a candle with scent wax ready to light,after you have gone in,locked the door,filled your one-hitter,and quietly open the window.It,s a good idea to"tweak"the thermostat so the AC will start right fore you go in the can.
3)Toke the few hits,right at the window,blowing out.Therising cool air causes the upper warmer air from the open window to suck out smoke.When you're done,put your gear away(I keep mine in a baby sock,makes it easy,quiet).
4) FLUSH ! While the water and noise is goin,close window,blow out candle,have breath spray ready,I even pour a bit of Pinesol in the bowl and use the brush,then wash them hands,and walk on out.
This works well for me,but then again,I got the vent under the window.

My neighbor is the typical Marijuana is the devil type, since i smoke in my back bathroom i use the dryersheets in an old toilet roll. ONly thing is make sure you buy your OWN dryer sheets, cause you'll rip thru them quickly and mom will notice that her dryer sheets are gone in a week. They loose the "clean laundry" smell quickly and need to be replaced about every 2 bowls. The smoke that comes outta the tube smells strongly of the dryer sheets. Even if i walk into my bathroom days after smoking it still smells like clean laundry. Should do good masking the scent in your car since the upholstery will soak up the scent more than my bathroom does.

i have to say the dryer sheets in the toilet paper rolls is one of your best options (or as it is called up here, a "dube tube") but i would only recomend using one with a pipe with a silencer, if you dont have one (say you are using a glass pipe or something) then a marble works fine. the point of the silencer is to prevent the bowl of bud from burning to much between hits and lessens the amount of smoke that is produced this way, therefore the majority of the smoke in the air (as well as smell) has gone through the dube tube. If you dont have a silencer just drop a big enough marble into the bowl after your hit, this will put it out and prevent smoke from escaping the pipe, then for your next hit just take the marble out and relight. If you are smoking in your parents home and trying to hide it i really wouldn't susgest that you smoke joints unless your parents are away since there will always be some lingering smoke no matter what you do. Also if you really wanna cover up the smell spray some Axe or Tag around the room because it is very potent stuff and over powers any other smell easy, and if asked about it all you have to say is that you smelled a bit. See I can't smoke outside because of neighbors, and my landlord lives 2 houses down, and if I ever got caught, I lose the apartment....

What I do is use a pipe, smoke to my hearts content, and when I take little breathing breaks, I spray some air freshener, or perfume into the fan....

then when I'm done I smoke a cig halfway, and open the window so that way it smells like flowers and cigs like normal....

and its good cuz if my neighbors caught the smell coming from my window I'd be fucked, especially since my house and the neigbors are like 2 inches away from each other, and our windows are REALLY close...

I say use a fan, and some kind of deoderizers and spray them periodically into the back of the fan.....

its works for me...

Do you happen to have a computer in your room? Because I know that on most computers you can take off a panal and just hide it in there. Hmm.. let's see.. I have a wooden box with a key on it, and I just put my shit in there. I told my parents that my porn was in there, and that they shouldn't go in there. They believed me, so it works well. Also, you can just put it in a pair of clothes that you don't use (in the winter put it in your shorts pocket, in summer put it in a jacket or something). Hmm... what else.. If it's a sorta small amount you can hide it nearly everywhere.. I used to put it in this metal mint box, and it really didn't look weird at all when I was carrying it around.. if you smoke cigs you can put it in there, my all-time favorite place, however, is I have a futon with a big sheet over it that acts as a cushion cover. You can sort of untuck the sheet and you basically have this little pocket thing that you can fit whatever you want in there. I can fit my bong, pipe, weed, lighter, scissors, tape, glue, etc all in the same place. Works great. You really can't even tell, honest.
