I'll be pretty vague about who I am. As i'm sure most of us are.


My name is Devon. And i'm in the military. Wont say what branch.
Before I joined up, I was a "Chronic smoker". Where as, I must have bought an Ounce Every 2 weeks, and used it both for Social high times, and Chillen in my room high times.
This Month(August), is my 1 year anneversary. And no bullshit, The THing i miss most about being a civilian. Is weed. Well, and my hair. but Weed. Like, It fucking drives me crazy some times. We have times when we'll go without Drug tests for like 3 months, and i'm like, "OH man...i could've been clean by now...i could've been clean by now", but then like last month for instance. we had 4 drug tests. Shit was ridiculous.

I got clicked over that that fucking "Herbal Smoke Shop", website. There was this little Combo Deal for 34 bucks, and it includes a free pipe. So i figured, "well..fuck it. Even if it doesn't work, its 34 bucks, no biggie".

THE QUESTION:

Do you know if any of that shit works? Like at all? Is it even Remotley The same effects as weed? I know i'm not going to get a good old fashoned Toast session, like if it was actual. but Damn. Is it worth it at All? This comes with 5 different samples of different types.
Maybe if I smoke them all at the same time.. I might just explode or something.

Hey Devon! Yes, Salvia "works". But as for the effects being the same as weed...nope. Depending on the strength you could just feel slightly fucked up for a few minutes, all the way to having major hallucinations...Also, the more you do it (unlike weed or any other drug), the stronger the effects get. Whatever you do-Don't do it alone!...

Here's my experience. My friend was having to stop weed, so we went out and boutght the strongest strentgh salvia we could get (this was our first time...so that may have been a mistake), but we were like, fuck it-we're hard core pot heads...we can handle it.

So we get the shit home and he takes a big ass bong hit- he starts laughing hysterically and can't even seem to talk at all- he started turning red so I got him some water, he started freaking out and threw the water at me...After a few minutes he came out of this "trance" and told me he had been scared to death and felt like the glass of water was going to kill him...I said "but you were laughing the whole time" and he was like , "I was?"....

So then it was my turn...we loaded it up and I took it...I started to feel tingly and warm all over then I got the "feeling" that I was being compacted into a very small space until it appeared that my friends and I were all eggs in an egg carton...eventually the illusion disintegrated and I found that I had my head between my couch cusions...however, all my friend said was that I was laughing hysterically then I fell off the couch and shoved my head between the cusions, still laughing.

We passed it around, the five of us all having similar experiences and it was time for the second rotation...

To make a long story short, all of our illusions became more and more real and intense-on my last hit, I thought I was in a jungle swinging from vines and when I came too, I was laying on the ground below my 2nd story apartment...I was told that I had slid down the bannister...once again, laughing like a maniac.

This was Very Potent Salvia and it was priced at $65 a gram, so with 5 diffent kinds for $35 dollars, I doubt the effects will be quite like mine were.

Don't worry, we've also tried the lower grade stuff and you still get the good tingly feeling and a great "afterglow" that can last all day long! It's fun, but unfortunatley, it won't make it any easier to go without mary jane- my lesbian lover!

I feel your pain...I moved to California to be with my husband who was in the military and didn't smoke weed for over three months...I am taking a big fat bong hit of some chronic right now for you! Hang in there!

^^ actually LSD is one of the most powerful hallucinogens available today but there was an experimental hallucinogen created by the CIA some 30 years back called BZ its never been on the streets though, reports from it claim that it could leave you tripping over 3 days or more with a single dose. Salvia is probably one of the most potent natural hallucinogens but dont forget about mescaline

i'm still awaiting on my product to arrive. but that was all excellent advice. I love to hallucinate. I'm a shroom and acid Fanatic. So I am that much more excited. 'cept for the fact that you had slid down your banister. That kind of scares me. I dislike losing control completley unless i'm in the forest somewheres.

There are so many of these herbal highs, I am slowly reviewing each of them for articles on Cannabis Farmer (http://www.cannabisfarmer.com) and it would be unfair for me to post them here too. What I will do is tell you a bit about Salvia.

It works very well; the 10 percent will take you for a ride. This is not a cannabis high and is more comparable to DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) a very powerful hallucinogenic. It is smoked or ingested (chewing it and swallow). Smoking in a pipe will give you some irritation to the bronchial passages, as there is a lot of carbon monoxide, so I recommend vaporizing it.

As to the other smokables, perhaps the Hawaiian gold herb will do well for you. It is an actual bud. Some of the smokes there are just herbs squeezed together (not that there are not effects from these too) others are flowers of other intoxicating plants. The earth is full of wonders, and that is mostly what these herbal highs are, combinations of other herbs that have reactions to the chemistry of the body.

I want to try the black solid next to see what that is all about. My only problem is there is so much legal cannabis where I live that it is hard to take time to just try these herbals. I donâ??t worry about drug testing because I just donâ??t care about a job where someone has taken my freedom or liberty in exchange for change, isnâ??t worth the bread.

That is for the leaves my friend. When you want to actually get a hit from Salvia, you would go for the 6 or 10x extracts and the price is dramatically higher.

One might compare it to the coca leaf vs cocaine. Have to chew a lot of leaf to get that mellow high, or smoke the extracts to get the hit. I have not throught of chewing the leaf all day.. hmmmm

It bothers me enough that Marijuana Is illegal. bothers me even more that young men and women are allowed to enlist their service into a job that could very well get them killed at the age of 18, but cannot Drink alcohol until the age of 21.
so...we can Kill at 18....we can be killed at 18...but we cannot kill our liver until 21? Ok......
I'm a stoner for life. i've come to realize that. I've been sober for a whole year and still Crave Pot like i just smoked it yesterday. I dont think i have an addiction, rather than just realized that I do love smoking weed. Doesn't make me any different, its just a preference.
I chose to fight for my country, it was my choice. I chose to give up pot, for what I felt was a greater cause. now that i am apart of it, I realize all the loop holes that i now must put up with on a day-to-day basis. and it drives me nuts.
I have no fucking idea why We're not allowed to smoke pot. In the military, wherever. People do dumb shit reguardless of laws and Illegality. And its not like you're every going to rid people of their Free will to Do, or dont do it.


i dont know. i'm going to shut the fuck up and quit ranting now.
