i was wondering, how much nutmeg do you need to get high or stoned from,
how long is the high?

A long time. Some people say it lasts a day. Some have even reported effects lingering for up to nearly a week. In my experience, it lasted maybe a few hours, if I remember correctly. Check Erowid: I believe that's where I initially began to research it.
