Parinoia and Unpleasant High

ok so last time i smoked it was extremely unpleasent,i woke up at 6am when my roomates got back from partying all night and they asked if i wanted to smoke, so of course i accepted, and so 3 of us smoked a chron blunt with prolly just under a gram in it. after a few hits i was feeling pretty good, but then i kept smoking and i just started feeling shitty,this wasnt the first time i felt this way, but this time it was worse i felt like my throat wasnt there at all, also i was completely numb and i kept thinking in the back of my mind that i was dying, i wanted to pass out but my parinioa kept me from doing it.what i want to know is if it was...

a) from smoking too much(im not really a vet smoker but i do smoke a bowl before bed almost every night),
b)if it was from smoking on an empty stomach( i hadnt ate for about 12 hours before that),
c) it was laced( my buddies dabble in coke all the time, which i decline cause i dont like it)

I am never really paranoid unless in outside where people might catch me. I usually blaze in my room though.

first of all, always make sure u know what u smokin. but i think u just smoked to much cause that shit happend to me once and i felt really bad and puked :(
