nope, i know that some mexican indians can legally use it tho thats all i have to say. i think its like really intense spiritial experiances and they say it tastes really bad and makes you naucous

I have done it. Makes you VERY sick... but after your done throwing up you trip for hours and hours... don't even remember how many. I did it with some native indians that lived in southern oregon. We ate it and threw up (they called it purging) in a "sweat house" which was like this dome, cavelike structure made of sticks and like canvas material stuff, and buried in about a foot of dirt. They steamed it all up like a sauna and chanted and shit, we drank this shitty tasting peyote soup/broth stuff (I forget what they called it), Threw up, then started trippin balls... but it wasn't like acid or mushrooms really, more spiritual like carl said would be the best way to put it I guess.

Yeah mescaline is derived from peyotes and other cacti I believe. The log is in the experiences forum somewhere.
