step by step feeding for newb

hello all new to this site and plan on doing a c13 or 22 grow. the only problem i have is what food and ferts should i buy.
i would like to use the same ingriedents and method of those who had continous sucess with there grows time after time. i will be using soil. if some 1 has like a step by step chart/method of what they used and when they used it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Step 1 loose the foil and replace it with Mylar, Panda plastic or flat white paint.

Step 2 Download the grow feeding chart in the FAQ. That is for cycle growing using General Hydroponics 3 part nutrition. You will need a Ph pen and a TDS pen to measure the nutrient mix.

Step 3 Don't use anything with the word Miracle Grow anywhere on the package. You don't want pre-mixed nutrients in your soil. You mix the soil 50/50 perlite and soil mix.

That will get you started
