Yes very true but a large amount of the time the stem can give it all away 2 a male growing , i've noticed a lot of the cannabis strains were the male will hide it's sex for a while,i'm guessing it's all in your strains and how much time you devote in growing them ?

It's true the male 99% of the time will show first though i have seen some of the indica strains suprise me with a female first and then 2 males will show right after that or 2 other females will show,It's just an old statement that you never know what will happen in growing a cannabis flower
