The U.S. economy grew solidly at a 3.4% annual rate in the second quarter with room to grow as stock of unsold goods fell for the first time in two years. :D :D

i believe this marks the NINTH straight quarter in wich the GDP increased at a rate exceeding 3% :D :D

You failed to mention that 3.4% is a slowdown from previous months. You also failed to mention that those figures are skewed because they do not account for food and energy costs - which have markedly risen. And again you failed to mention that the Commerce Department has had to revise annual growth figures down from previous false reports (Arthur Andersen-style accounting).

If it's true that the report fails to take into account energy costs, then the report means nothing. If it does, congratulations.
