right a question is the food i am usin ok? i have a method off a capful off each into a 5ltr water container and feed with that untill it runs out then fiill it again so what u thikl and slowely over the weeks buldin it up 2 2 caps each any input on this peops?

The sensi stuff is fine. Are you growing in dirt? If so why are refilling it a second time after the run off?

im in dirt im not fillin a sec time,cap of each into a 5ltr drum in veg and up 2 2 caps off the bloom in 5 ltrs a friend has grow succesfully this way but id take ur advice @ the drop off a hat any r is that ok?

You want to measure the nutrients exactly not just guess or close.

You mix up the nutrients to the strength required for the cycle of growing the plant is in. You then fill the pot and let it drain. End of story. Check it in a few days when it's dry feed it again. Empty the catch pot (the one you used to catch the run off) before you water again. Roots will reach that lower pot in no time. The imbalance of nutrients from feeding to feeding can be a problem.
