i made a homade vape and to use it do u jus swirl the flame under the bulb to where it doesnt touch or does?

Keep the flame a couple inches away from the glass, you'll see the bulb fill with vapours within a minute or so. Be careful, the problem with light bulb vapes is that the bulbs tend to crack.
