Does synthetic urine work?

I have to take a drug test this week and there's no way I will test clean. I'm taking a pre-employment drug screen and I really need to get this job so I'm thinking about using the synthetic urine. I really want to know if anybody has ever used this to pass a drug test. And when labs run validity tests on your sample can they tell the urine is synthetic? I would really appreciate anyone's help.

And when labs run validity tests on your sample can they tell the urine is synthetic?Absolutly NOT. The synthetics are specificly designed to pass all the urine validity checks.
