All the best to you man, I used to get this all the time before I smoked so maybe its just a coincidence. Or, maybe you got so in love with the high that now the real world saddens you. If thats the case, definately lay off the weed for a while or good because a couple hours of feeling good with all the rest being sad outta your mind would not be cool.

Anywho, just don't do anything stupid like suicide because even if it doesn't seem like it, theres always people who care about you.

You may have smoked to much for being a beginner, try to just take a couple hits and see how you feel. Go to the grocery store and get some SAM-E, it's a vitamin, makes me feel better on a shitty day.
