lighting question

i would apprieciate it alot if someone would tell me if using a 250watt heat lamp to grow indoors is wrong or what i should do about it. i've grown outdoors before but, never indoors. advice would help me out big time!

Are you talking about a real heat lamp? Red bulb and tons of heat?

No you can't use that light for growing.
