hey my friend hooked me up w/ an exerpt from "the emporer wears no clothes" anyways its all about weed and tobacco, basically we got lied to alot, all that shit about there being like 4-5 times the tar in one joint, isnt true, any of the carcinogens in the smoke, well minimal and the rest can be extracted using some type of water filtration i.e. bong bubbler etc.. anyways theres a bunch more and its a good read, about 10 min if u get into it, heres the link hope u enjoy i did!!! :p

yea, the whole gas mask asphyxiation thing was the leaves, they were trying to prove that marijuana had as much if not more tar than tobacco so they made the monkeys smoke i think it was like the equivalent to 19 joints in 5 min or something like that of the leaves anyways the truth is that the buds we all smoke have 1/3 or LESS the tar that tobacco does, so compared to a smoker who smokes 2o cigarettes in a day, ud have to smoke at least 60 joints just to match the tar levels, lol i love marijuana and good advice ezjim, i think that will become my new life motto lol

Everyone knows that big-tobacco pays the government ALOT of money, right? And that if Cannabis was said to be healthier than tobacco, the government would lose alot of money, even more if Cannabis was made legal. This is because IF cannabis were legal, big-tobacco would lose alot of money, and stop giving to the government.
It may be unfair to classify all politicians as greedy, but in general they don't give a damn about people. They run the country like a business, and it shows.

yea, and its really sad that they r doin it all for money, but hey i was doin some readin and just a little tidbit, the main original reason MJ was illegalized boiled down to yellow journalism, there was this guy, somethin anslinger who got hearst, a newspaper publisher to publish all his lies claiming weed made black guys rape white women, and then they would post any marihuana related accidents in the paper for weeks on end, and even switched some of the cocaine facts so they fell under marihuana facts, anyways i think i got most of that out of "the emperor wears no clothes" i dont really remember where i got it from now, but ya u all should go out and buy that book its well worth it

i great a goverment thread, u guys could get me talking forever about how kurupt i think out goverment is. to sum it up there is a natural cure for everything just about it, but our goverment thrives off of the money they make off of the drug companies. think about it, how long are all of them asses in congress really gonna live, whats there secret, i guess will never know. actually people do know and those people usually get the medical licenses yanked for trying to tell people the truth

Actually if cannabis was legalized like tobacco is... the big tobaccy corp.s will make plenty... considering it could be made illegal to self harvest. and the names of ALOT of popular marijuana strains are copyrighted by tobbacco companies... just in case it is legalized... also this stretched all over the world... tobbacco companies already make a lot of money of marijuana... legalization of it would just be another money oppurtunity, for the to turn their massive conglomeration (sp?) machine...
