Cannabis and weight lose.

Does anyone know whether or not cannabis afffects a persons metabalism.
Was thinking that since heartbeats are raised this must surely have an effect on the rest of the body.
I know that after 10 mins or so i notice that my temp seems to be going up so I was thinking this could be good for those people who need to lose a few pounds.
New healthy diet and cannabis lol...

my weed diet
while over the summer i was in a new city summer school i meant friends i lived on 30th st or so and he lived on 41st so everytime i smoked i walked up there quite a long walk then we smoked walked around more so basically at least 5 milles i walked my legs tighted up but hads a major problem with charlie horses but since i was high didnt bother much so i drunk beer so i lost a couple of pounds when i got hungry i fileld my self with liquids slim fast and water only and i did alotta push ups in sets of 10 since all together i did about 100 i was high i couldnt relly feel the burn of them so i got some what stronger so my 25 cent

That's a myth...you know the whole "metabolism-boost" subject...if that was the case they wouldn't be giving it out to aids and cancer patients that need to gain weight. I know I know the "munchies" I know that whole gag...but every stoner I knoe personally is healthy/skinny and I think there is a cancelation process with the whole "lose weight" idea.
