Home alone on DXM

I'm going to be home alone this week and I wanna trip on tussin. Whats the best plateau, and what should I be doing in order to have a good trip.

I dont have any experience with the third and fourth plateaus yet.

I got the whole house to myself so I can do whatever I want. All recomendations are appreciated.

ive been thinkin about doing DXM too. ive never done it before, what you mean plateaus? i realize there different levels of trips, but could someone describe them more..
