heres the story..im still on probation and i got a drug test may 24 and i smoked today on may 18.im takin niacin,runnin on the treadmill to sweat it away and drinkin red bull.im alson gonne be gettin detox tomorrow.hopefully that works the best.ive been drinkin about 3 gallons of water a day.i weigh 250lb" active-6'1.If anyone has the best ways to clean your system out please let me know..Someone told me to put bleach on my dfinger and piss on it..if anyone really knows if that works let me know..iight <~Chronic~>

i dont know anything about putting bleach on your finger and pissing on it but i would be careful with putting bleach on your finger in the first place cause that shit could burn your skin. good luck with that. i think drinking as much water as you are and taking the niacin and the running you are going to flush quite a bit of it out. how much did you smoke before that and how much did you smoke on the 18th? good luck with it.

Bleach is easily detected. Niacin doesn't help. All the excersize will shorten the length of time it take to fall below test detection levels. Read the dilution guidelines link at the bottom of this post. Hope that helps. N2
