Mp3 which induces dreaming (REAL!!)

ok so i was on the internet and i found this thing which supposively tricks your brain into going into a dreamy state. i am currently downloading the file and will try it tonight before i go to sleep. download it here: http://s37.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1BWY2GNYDQ7ZV26O2F5QPA1ALY and listen to it while having your eyes closed and be relaxed. Then see where it takes you. Post what dreams you had, or what was coolfrom this experience. I will post what happends to me later.

the first time i noticed this was 5 years ago when i was a "rookie" at getting stoned and i smoked up and was in my buddy's basement went on windows media player and listened to the song "flying in a blue dream" by Joe Satriani

at first my eyes were open and i watched the visualization in WMP, eventualyl my eyes closed but i still saw the visuals, in fact i saw them more clearly and its like i got sucked into them and it became all around me i was the particle of energy controleld by the lead note of the guitar and i was moving throguh warp tunnells in which the walls were changing scenerey that seemed to cometpely real that would change according to the sound of the note/sound of the lead guitar...i was literally flying in a blue dream

it was amazing, ive been donig it ever since

Cool I've been using something called Boxed Nirvana II and something called Abyss to help me astral-project, but I don't have very good success normally, and in fact the only time I fully left my body and was able to move around was a time when I was in a lucid dream and used that as a jumping off point for an OBE.

In other words, sweet thanks, I'm gonna use this definitely.

Holy crap, I did this last night and it actually works better for astral projection than lucid dreaming, but I got to a point where I could have gone in either of those directions if I wanted. I was about halfway out of my body, feeling my physical face with my astral hands, while my physical hands were fast asleep. Oh my god dude, this is the most effective track I've tried yet. I think having a guy talk to you and give you step-by-step instructions helps, I get lost when it's just brainwaves.

Man that work I was nice and stoned and super tired so I put that on and followed the steps and it was amazing I totoaly lost track of time. I would go into a dream like state then the guy would start talkin about bring me back until the end when I fell asleep.
