Advice Needed ! Downhill Slide !!

This one has been in flower now for about 2 weeks. Everything seemed good until about a week ago, and all of the new growth started coming out yellow, with the tips dying off or burned?! Flower Chamber has 150w HPS mounted in cooling hood, on (12/12) never exceeding 90 deg. and avg temp at or near 85 deg. I have another clone also in this area, started as a clipping (flowering node only and is in super health ! Both are planted in Miracle Grow Potting Soil, fresh and new, which has time release ferts in it. (didn't know better at the time), and have been feeding Schultz "Orchid Bloom" 19-31-17. At first I think I may have been over feeding by mixing too strong. I backed off and went to pure RO water for about 4 days, and have now reverted back to a mix that is well under suggested mix ratio. So far have not noticed any difference in the look or health of the plant. Most lower leaves turn to a darker green, as they mature, but all of the upper growth and new growth are coming out Yellow or Lime Green with brown (burned looking) tips, I ghave moved the plants farther away from the lighting as well. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You...if more or different pics are needed, say so and it will be done.

Trying to get anyone to offer a little advice. I am still a newbie on the first grow. New pics of plant issue(s), grow box, etc. now attached. MUM chamber is (5) 15w 18" flouro's looking good still, Flowering Chamber 150w HPS w/ cooling hood, temps 75 (dark 12) 81-85 (12 light cycle) plant was 8-9 weeks old when (12/12) began, in approx 2-1/2 weeks, Schultz Orchid Bloom being used, cut back to pure RO water when yellowing started. Miracle Grow Soil used, could not get bubbler to root clones so decided to try using soil until sure that box would work properly. Plant types...Dirt weed bag seed, germed 8 - 5 female, this one is Sativa, Indica Clone in same room, was taken off of flowering mum (during sexing) and is doing great, same soil, same ferts, same everything basically w/ no issues. Pics and reading on sites make this problem look like could be caused by several different items. Could use some expert advice...plant seems to be getting darker on new growth since switching back to Pure RO only. ???

sorry, meant to add to previous post, heres the set-up, have added extra cool air intake to cooling hood to help maintain temps.

I think that is an Iron(FE) or Sulpher(S) deff.

I would have to disagree, over watering would only cause the leafs on the plant to curl up. I think its a fert defect. I suggest to flush.

miracle grow and orchid bloom...it appears that you nitrogen def...imho overwarter,
miracle grow soil, in my grows...I use a small percentage of grow formula, because the plant still needs nitro...imho
