sobriety sucks!

with the acception of today, i've been sober for the past 2 days. i'm actually doing well, but still craving the mary jane. i've been trying to keep myself occupied so i dont have to think about it but, when night time rolls around and i'm just sitting here it really begins to take hold of me.

since you started smoking, how long have you gone without getting high? this is a record for me...fortunately this problem will be solved tomorrow...thank you mom!

4 months was my longest but it was in jail so i dont know if that counts it was not by choice

the worst part is trying to fall asleep because youhave some many thaughts at once you cant stop thinking and all you can think about is the next day when you can get high next

15 or 16 months, I'm a mom so its easier when it's for a reason like a baby. I stop smokin now and then just to give my poor old body a break. You get higher after too!

my longest stoppage was for jail too (JDC actually) 1 month

ive never stopped for more than 2-3 weeks and ive been on probation for the better part of my teens years :/

I'm actually trying to take the next few months off from smoking. I don't get much done when I am toking everyday and when I cleanse myself for a few days I actually feel so much better! Almost like I am on a new drug! I think when I smoke a lot, my body just gets so used to it that it doesn't really do much for me. :)

it all depends on how you go about things. try to schedule times where you take a break to get high. today was a successful day for me. i smoked early in the morning and i've been cleaning my house since 8 o'clock this morning. just keep yourself occupied, you wont even have to think about smoking marijuana and if you do, just remember how you get when your stoned and apply that to your desire to be productive during the day. it's all in your head, man.

7 years is the longest I went! I was busy having babies and such. I had forgotten how good it was!

Thanks :) Yes, tough as doing the whole pregnancy/childbirth thing is, it was worth it! No cigs, weed, or alcohol--and I didn't miss it at all. Gotta do what's best for the kiddos!

the longest ive gone without smokin was about a month and that was after a huge ass binge i had during spring break i just had to cleanse my body afterwards it was insane.. i just came back from 2 weeks not smoking because of my wisdom teeth that got removed, now i get a lot higher :)
