Ice Cream Truck

Yo check it out, I'm like literally starving for marijuana right now man...like my connection is on vacation right now and I don't have anything. There is a shady ice cream truck that drives around...he plays the regular ice cream truck tune but sometimes drives around late at night. Should I ask him for some herb? I heard a good deal of ice cream trucks sell weed and/or crack but fuck that crack shit. Should I ask him? And if I do how should I approach him?
