I drive stoned all the time & think that as long as ur not a lightweight smoka u should be fine. Helps me chill with all the peeps on the road who can't drive. I used to drive a long way to work & when I hit traffic jams I'd just lite up a J. So I guess that's tokin n drivin :D

if you're an occasional smoker, forget about it. If you know what you're smoking and you can handle it, go for it. If anything, it makes me a much safer driver! And there's nothing like driving along on a nice country road smoking a J, the music blasting... Paradise!

Driving stoned is retarded. It's not as hard as driving drunk, but it definitely throws your coordination and reaction times off. Keep driving stoned; maybe you'll hit and kill a kid one day and be charged with vehicular homicide.

Maybe you just learned how to drive, it wouldent matter if u were sober or not, if a kid ran out infront of ur car it would be too late for the kid. Being stoned is not gunna make you not be able to see the kid. If you were stoned and the kid ran out infront of ur car your still gunna slam on your brakes and same as when your sober, maybe you cant handle your weed.

I like to drive when I'm high but not really, really baked. It's great to head out on a country road with some good tunes, the windows down. Like some others have said, it makes me a better driver because I'm extra careful and obey all the laws.

I don't care if your high or not if you're driving like this you're just being a jackass. And don't forget, maybe you are ok with the "1 day i will" (crash) but the family you take out with you might not be.

That's complete bullshit. The reason you obey the speed limit is because so you won't get pulled over. Don't even think about saying you drive better when you're high, because you're a liar if you do think and tell people that. You have the typical response of a stoner that thinks he can drive.

I've been driving for years now.

If you're going 25 mph in a residential zone and a kid runs out 20 feet in front of you, your reaction time would be much slower if you were high than when you were sober.

Im less likely to hit a kid when im stoned cause im so much more cautious about what i do. when im normal i just drive but when im stoned i obey all laws and look everywhere for anything that could scrue me over. and hey if u do hit a kid at least it won't be as big of a dent as a deer.

i like to get a nice relaxed high if im driving a long distance (like when i drove from Riverside to Hollywood and stuff like that) other than that if im around my neighborhood i get super paranoid cuz this aint no joke, the entire sherrif department (all 5 of the ppl) know me and they dont like me, whole city knows i got arrested dealin dope at school and they all think im a low life so i get kinda sketchy, and not without reason - i been harassed by cops a few times, pulled me over saying "ya i thought your tags were stolen" ya bullshit fuckin pig you never got shit reported no this car haha

I did get stopped by a cop once while driving. I was speeding. It was a very stupid thing to do and I was scared shitless when the cop came up to me. I was completely stoned!! I didn't have any bud on me or anything, but man when you're stoned and a cop stops you, the paranoia really sets in. Anyhow I guess I managed fine and got away with just a speeding ticket. But ever since, I've learned my lesson and drive SUPER carefully when I'm high!

Well actually I just love driving high. Wicked popular thread. I love driving roasted, and it is true about how fast you think you are going, cuz I usually go like 10 below or at most the speed limit. Some friends like that, some say, "yo stop driving so slow, stop being sketchy." and shit like that. I love driving stoned, and getting stoned while driving, although that is kinda more dangerous. Driving drunk is much worse, done both, but not proud of drinking and driving. Sometimes driving stoned is the best thing to do, no parents or anyone else ot bother you, only you and your friends, a good cd, and food at many, many locations. Oh and if you cannot drive stoned, DON'T!!! It is bad news if you cannot do it and will only be worse for you and weed smokers everywhere. My friends get nervous cuz I pretend to do crazy shit but I know waht I am doing, and if on a main road, I drive extreme chill.

I went to a what we call it ''drive thru tinny house'' to get some weed, i parked up, smoked 2 joints and 3 bowls and then started heading back home, i was driving around for about 4 hours trying to find my way home when i had been to that ''drive thru tinny house'' many times before, after all the driving i drove past a piggie parked up in a bus stop, i started sketching out really bad as he started to follow me, he was following me for about 20 mins!!! i was wasted and trying to drive without him noticing, i came up to a roundabout and turned left, he flashed his lights and turned his siren on for 5 seconds and turned right..... fuck did i shit my pants or wat!!!! but the whole 20 minutes he was following me, i dont think he noticed i was stoned, so driving stoned cant be that bad..... although it seemed like i was speeding and then slowing down and then back up and had my indicaters on for ages. Well i didnt get pulled over so driving stoned cant be much worse than driving sober.
