Cant sleep what to do?

cant sleep woke up at crazy hours tossing and turning all night. so i watched some weird infomercials and then watched some NY PD.Blue horrible ending pissed me off. then decided that maybe i should smoke? but its 5AM!!! i never smoke this early so wtf why not??? packed my bowl but then i decided to do a gravity bong instead!!! well 3hits off of this with Hawiian Haze and im pretty much stoned right now. and today is the 1st time im actually coughing off the gravity bong what a horrible time to be choking off this LOL its hard to take a deep breath in i keep coughing.

Heck..yer post wasn't too long at all..lol..nothin to forgive..but if you seek forgiveness..I'd be happy to forgive ya !

You could drink some milk..it has naturally occurring,tryptophans,that will make ya sleepy..like eatin turkey will..tune the tv,to the weather channel or C-span,that will make ya sleepy for sure ! lol The other solution,causes the endorphins to flow,but requires sexual activity..which I won't reccomend,because idle hands..are the Devil's playground ! lol
