Its a decent sized pill and it has a G on one side and a 21 on the other half

If it's an oblong white pill, center scored, it is 600 mg gabapentin (generic Neurontin), according to this (http://www.drugs.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9655). Gabapentin is primarily an anti-seizure medication, but is also used to treat certain types of neuropathic pain. See thsi page (http://www.healthsquare.com/newrx/NEU1289.HTM) for more information. Allergic reactions are possible. I do not recommend that you take it.
