Is there a lethal dose to nutmeg?? Or a toxic dose?? Could one eat the whole container and not feel side effects??

woah crazy. i just had a craving to get high and then i started to go downstairs and get some nutmeg but then i decided to ask around about it. i've never eaten it before. i was also thinking about crushing some poppy seeds and boiling them in lemon juice and water. i'm just going to take 3 tsp of nutmeg my first time and if i don't feel anything i'll take more.
