is it possiableto grow a plant only like 10 inches then put it in the 12/12 light thing so it will bud and the bud be alright to get high off like a jay and be blazed not just high if i have seeds that came from midies that got me blazed off a jay?

iv grown two small beautiful lil suckers before they were abuot 10 inches and looked like little spears one purple and one white ..weird

i put two seeds in soil over a spot i buried my late dog
this spot had no direct sunlight just secound hand sunlight which is probably what did it
