shit soil help!

managed to get some soil, but the soil is infested with grass seeds and has been in a low air circulated room for about 2 months now. and most likly has weed seeds starting to form..

im planing on using the soil for an out door grow but not sure what i should do to it first (add lime, blood bone meal, etc etc) can anyone give me some advice on how to preperate it for mid sep early oct ?

plenty of compost, soil improver and topsoil . You con get them all at your local garden store. A good make is WESTLAND, but i dont know if you can get it outside the uk and ireland. try to go organic as much as possible
